Ooma Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Shares Gain After Hours

Ooma (OOMA) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.35 per diluted share, up from $0.20 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.32.

Revenue in the three months ended April 30 rose to $81.1 million from $65 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $79.8 million.

Ooma expects fiscal Q2 adjusted EPS of $0.33 to $0.34 on revenue of $81.6 million to $82.3 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $0.31 on revenue of $80.2 million.

The company boosted fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS guidance to $1.29 to $1.34 on revenue of $326 million to $328.5 million. Prior guidance was EPS of $1.26 to $1.31 on revenue of $321 million to $325 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $1.29 on revenue of $322.8 million.

Ooma shares rose 4.8% in after-hours trading.
