1008 GMT - Stellantis last week presented a new medium-term plan for the company, but its targets aren't even remotely priced in, UBS analyst Patrick Hummel writes. The bank says the main pushback appears to be the dependency of the plan on regaining share in North America without undermining pricing. "Monthly and quarterly data will be decisive to grow investor confidence in the plan; solid delivery will likely drive shares gradually higher." Stellantis targets a 5% adjusted operating income margin in 2028, but UBS estimates remain below that target as it factors in slight pricing headwinds and a moderate discount to the ambitious 6 billion euro cost cutting plan. "But even assuming a moderate miss versus targets, shares offer an attractive risk/reward." Shares rise 4.6%. (dominic.chopping@wsj.com)
