Lion Rock Minerals (ASX:LRM) named the former Chief Executive Officer of Sierra Rutile Holdings, Theuns de Bruyn, as its CEO and the former technical services manager at Sierra Rutile, Grant Scott, appointed as its Chief Operating Officer, effective Thursday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
Duncan Craib was appointed as its non-executive chair, also effective Thursday.
The firm received firm commitments to raise AU$2 million through a placement of 100 million new shares at AU$0.02 per share, conducted under its existing placement capacity. The incoming directors and executives cornerstoned the capital raise.
