Boss Energy (ASX:BOE) said JPMorgan Chase & Co. and its affiliates have reduced their stake in the company on May 15 to 5.69% or 23.6 million shares from 6.83% or 28.4 million shares, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company's shares fell 4% in recent Wednesday trade.
