Propel Funeral Partners (ASX:PFP) received notice that Washington H. Soul Pattinson (ASX:SOL) and its subsidiaries became a substantial holder of the company on May 14, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Washington H. Soul Pattinson now owns 6.9 million shares in the company, representing 5.03% of the issued shares, the filing said.
