T-Mobile US (TMUS) said Monday it has received a 2026 FICO Decision Award for customer onboarding and management, recognizing its use of FICO's platform to modernize credit application and onboarding systems.
The company said it now processes over 1 million credit applications per month while maintaining uninterrupted service, as it automates and speeds up customer onboarding across its wireless and broadband businesses.
