0625 GMT - Siam Global House's strong 1Q earnings likely mark a turning point following three years of decline, ttb wealth securities' Pattadol Bunnak says in a research report. The Thailand company's gross margin increased to 26.6% in 1Q from 25.1% a year earlier as its mix of higher-margin house-brand products rose to 27% from 24%, the analyst notes. The home-improvement retailer is experiencing a shift in demand toward value-for-money products and is planning to expand more aggressively into house-brand products. The brokerage lifts its 2026-2028 earnings estimates for Siam Global House by 23%-27%. It upgrades the stock's rating to buy from hold and raises its target price to 8.50 baht from 7.30 baht.
