Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust Prices $1.75 Billion Initial Public Offering

Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust (BXDC) priced its initial public offering of 87.5 million common shares at $20 apiece, the company said late Wednesday.
IPO underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase additional shares.
The company expects its shares to start trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol BXDC Thursday.
It plans to use the net proceeds mainly to invest in newly constructed, income-generating data center assets.
Blackstone Digital Infrastructure, which is externally managed by a Blackstone (BX) affiliate, expects the IPO to close Friday, it said.
