SharonAI Signs Five-Year Cloud Computing Infrastructure Agreement Worth $950 Million

SharonAI (SHAZ) said Thursday that it has signed a cloud computing infrastructure agreement valued at about $950 million over five years with a global technology company with a major Asia-Pacific presence.
Under the terms of the contract, SharonAI will deploy cloud computing solutions across multiple NEXTDC data centers in Australia, and expects revenue to commence by the end of the third and fourth quarters of 2026, the company said.
Shares of the company were up 7.1% in Thursday premarket trading.
