Lendlease Group (ASX:LLC) said the BlackRock Group acquired a voting power of 5% in the firm as of Monday, becoming a substantial holder, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
BlackRock holds 34.6 million ordinary securities of the firm.
Its shares rose 3% in recent trading on Wednesday.
