Berto Acquisition priced an initial public offering of 27.4 million units at $10 each, the company said late Thursday.

The company said the units, each made up of one ordinary share and one-third of a redeemable warrant, are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on Friday under the GUACU ticker.

Once the securities begin separate trading, the ordinary shares and warrants are expected to trade under the GUAC and GUACW symbols, respectively, it added.

Berto Acquisition said the underwriter was granted a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 4.11 million units to cover possible over-allotments.

The IPO is expected to close on Monday, Berto said.
