Iron Horse Acquisition II (IRHO) and Electra AI said Friday they have submitted a registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission for their proposed merger.
The companies signed an over $250 million business combination deal in April, aiming to create a publicly traded AI battery intelligence company.
The merger is expected to close in H2, according to the companies.
