Adisyn Strikes Agreement With Israeli Plastics Group to Produce Drone Components

Adisyn (ASX:AI1) unit 2D Radar Absorbers signed a memorandum of understanding with Israeli plastics group Raval A.C.S. to accelerate the production of graphene stealth components for drones, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The agreement involves cooperation on the research, development, and production of graphene-enhanced injection-molded parts for radar absorption in drones and unmanned aerial vehicles.

The companies have agreed to a 12-month period to demonstrate "material technical progress" on the collaboration and an 18-month period to declare it commercially viable. If those terms are met, they plan to create a 50/50 joint venture to continue manufacturing the drone components.

Under potential definitive agreements, 2D Radar will license its radar absorption technology to the JV on an exclusive basis in Israel only, in exchange for a royalty on the JV's gross revenue.
