Athena Resources (ASX:AHN) said the voting power of Fenix Resources (ASX:FEX) in the firm fell to 29.77% from 37.21% as of Monday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
The number of shares of Athena on issue increased to 2.83 billion from 2.27 billion.
