Certara Q1 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; Full-Year Outlook Revised -- Shares Down Pre-Bell

Certara (CERT) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Monday of $0.09 per diluted share, down from $0.14 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.11.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $106.9 million, up from $106 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $106.1 million.

For 2026, the company said it now expects adjusted EPS of $0.35 to $0.41 on revenue of $395 million to $405 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.45 and $428 million, respectively.

Certara shares were down nearly 13% in premarket activity.
