CAE (CAE) said Monday that it is evaluating strategic options for its Flightscape aviation software business following a recent portfolio review.
The assessment will consider a potential sale, strategic partnerships, or outside investments, to focus on its primary simulation and training operations, the company said.
The cloud-based software platform provides planning and operations services to the airline industry and employs roughly 600 workers worldwide, CAE said.
