Dow Jones
May 12

0354 GMT - PTT Oil and Retail Business' 2Q net profit is likely to decline on quarter, given it is a seasonally low-demand period, UOB Kay Hian analyst Benjaphol Suthwanish says in a note. Rising oil prices in recent months are also expected to weaken domestic demand. "As a result, we expect both the mobility and lifestyle businesses to report lower sales [on quarter]," the analyst says. UOB KH maintains a hold rating on the stock and target price of 11.90 baht. Shares are 1.6% lower at 12.20 baht.(amanda.lee@wsj.com)
