Alphatec Swings to Breakeven Adjusted Bottom-Line in Q1, Revenue Rises; Shares Down Pre-Bell

Alphatec (ATEC) reported breakeven Q1 non-GAAP bottom-line results late Tuesday, swinging from a loss of $0.05 per share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.02.
Revenue from products and services for the quarter ended March 31 was $192.1 million, compared with $169.2 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $197.5 million.
For 2026, the company said it now expects revenue of about $882 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $887.8 million.
Alphatec shares were down nearly 19% in premarket activity Wednesday.
