Integra LifeSciences Holdings has parted ways with its president and chief executive, Mojdeh Poul, after a little more than a year on the job.
Integra on Tuesday said it has signed a separation agreement with Poul, who took the helm of the Princeton, N.J., medical-technology company in January 2025, and that its chairman, Stuart Essig, will once again serve as president and CEO.
Essig, who has been chairman since June 2012, previously served as Integra's CEO from 1997 through early 2012 and president from 1997 until 2010.
The company said Poul is entitled to payments and benefits related to a termination without cause, for good reason or due to non-renewal, adding that she has resigned from the board.
Integra said it doesn't plan to initiate a search for a new CEO.
