Oshkosh's Q1 Adjusted Earnings Decline, Revenue Rises; Maintains 2026 Guidance; Shares Down Pre-Bell

Oshkosh (OSK) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Friday of $0.85 per diluted share, compared with $1.92 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.04.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $2.32 billion, compared with $2.31 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.29 billion.

For 2026, the company maintained its guidance of adjusted EPS of $11.50 and net sales of $11 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted EPS of $11.16 and net sales of $10.90 billion.

Shares of Oshkosh were down 4% pre-bell.
