The property company's average selling price for the month stood at 12,548 yuan per square meter, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Contracted sales and sold area for the four months ended April 30 reached 5.73 billion yuan and 469,696 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 12,201 yuan per square meter.
