Titan Company's (NSE:TITAN, BOM:500114) consolidated net profit rose to 11.79 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, from 8.71 billion rupees a year ago.
Earnings per share came in at 13.27 rupees from 9.82 rupees a year earlier, the watches and accessories company said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Friday.
Total revenue in fiscal Q4 also increased to 271.0 billion rupees from 150.3 billion rupees a year earlier.
The board has recommended a dividend of 15.00 rupees per equity share of 1 rupee each.
The company's shares were up over 6% in recent trade.
