FleetPartners Group (ASX:FPR) reached an in-principle agreement to settle shareholder class action proceedings in the Victorian Supreme Court for AU$27 million, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The proceedings were initiated on behalf of shareholders who acquired an interest in shares in the company, then known as Eclipx Group, between Nov. 8, 2017, and March 20, 2019, and relate to the company's disclosures and guidance provided between fiscal 2017 and 2019, the filing said.
