Sichuan Expressway (HKG:0107, SHA:601107) terminated a sand and gravel procurement contract through its unit, according to an April 30 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Hong Kong-listed shares of the expressway operator were down over 4% in Monday late morning trade.
The contract, signed in October 2025 with a total value of up to 100 million yuan, involved the supply of manufactured sand, crushed stone, and related materials.
The termination follows business adjustments at the supplier unit, with both parties agreeing to settle outstanding payments.
