Stocks to Watch: eBay, GameStop, Origin Materials

The Wall Street Journal reported that GameStop is preparing to offer to acquire eBay, citing people familiar with the matter. Shares of eBay jumped 13% to $118.00 after the bell, while GameStop shares rose 5.6% to $28.01.

Origin Materials said it plans to sell its assets and wind down operations. Shares plummeted 27% to $1.93 in after-hours trading.
