Geopacific Resources (ASX:GPR) said James Fox decided to step down as Chief Executive Officer, effective April 30, and Hamish Bohannan was appointed Managing Director, effective May 1, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Rowan Johnston was appointed as its non-executive chairman, effective May 1, with Chairman Graham Ascough transitioning to non-executive director.
