PHINIA Shares Slightly Down Despite Higher Q1 Adjusted Net Earnings, Net Sales

PHINIA (PHIN) shares were marginally down in Thursday trading even after the company reported higher Q1 financial results that also topped expectations.
The company reported Q1 adjusted net earnings Thursday of $1.29 per diluted share, compared with $0.94 a year earlier.
Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.13.
Net sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $878 million, compared with $796 million a year earlier.
Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $838.7 million.
The company said it continues to expect 2026 net sales in the range of $3.52 billion to $3.72 billion. Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.63 billion.
