Downer EDI Says Perpetual Ceases to be a Substantial Shareholder

Downer EDI (ASX:DOW, NZE:DOW) received notice that Perpetual (ASX:PPT) and its affiliated entities are no longer substantial holders of the company from April 24, according to a Wednesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.

Perpetual and its affiliated entities became a substantial holder of the company on Feb. 7, 2025, with a 5.537% total voting power, an earlier filing showed.
