CTOS Digital (KLSE:CTOS) will seek shareholders' approval to renew authority to repurchase up to 10% of the issued shares of the company, according to a Friday Malaysian bourse disclosure.
Shares gained over 2% in Monday's midday trade.
The holding company of credit rating agencies in Malaysia will table a resolution to renew the share buyback authority in the company's upcoming annual general meeting,
CTOS will release a statement containing details of the repurchase plan with shareholders in due time, it noted.
