Reed's named Damian Warshall as chief operating officer.

Warshall's appointment takes effect April 27, the beverages company said Friday.

The move comes after Reed's former operating chief Neal Cohane became interim chief executive officer last month as CEO Cyril Wallace stepped down. Cohane had been appointed chief operating officer in January.

Warshall was most recently chief operating officer at Pittston Co-Packers. He was previously vice president of operations at Munk Pack and previously worked at Reed's as vice president of operations.
