XRF Scientific (ASX:XRF) has completed the acquisition of the combustion gas analysis business from Bruker AXS, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company entered a binding agreement to acquire the combustion gas analysis business for $4 million upfront plus a potential $1 million earnout based on 7% of net revenue over three years, an earlier filing showed.
