Kyverna Therapeutics shares rose after the company shared positive longer-term data from a Phase 2 trial of an autoimmune treatment.

The stock gained 13% to $11.27 on Monday. Shares have climbed 19% this year.

The late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company said updated data from the trial of miv-cel in patients with myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune disorder, showed deep and durable responses across all key clinical outcome measures.

There was also sustained benefit observed out to one year following a single dose of miv-cel, Kyverna said. The treatment was also well tolerated, the company added.

All of the patients treated achieved clinically meaningful, rapid and sustained reductions in trial endpoint scores from the baseline, Kyverna said.
