National HealthCare to Acquire 35 Facilities for $560 Million

National HealthCare (NHC) said late Tuesday it will acquire 35 nursing and independent living facilities from National Health Investors for $560 million as part of its operational strategy.

The facilities are located in Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, the company said.

The deal is expected to be completed in Q3, subject to closing conditions, it added.
