0516 GMT - OUE Real Estate Investment Trust's potential asset sales could serve as meaningful catalysts for its units, says DBS Group Research in a commentary. The Singapore REIT remains a key beneficiary of likely declining interest rates within mid-cap trusts, as its steady on-quarter interest savings are poised to continue. A deal to sell Singapore development One Raffles Place could become visible by end-May and potentially go through in 2H, according to the REIT manager, DBS says. Meanwhile, OUE REIT's management contract for the hotel Crowne Plaza Changi Airport is set to expire in 2028 and could also be sold, DBS says. The bank maintains its buy rating and S$0.45 target price. Units are 1.35% lower at S$0.365.(megan.cheah@wsj.com)
