ServiceNow said its acquisition of Armis would weigh on its margins this year. Shares fell 12%, to $90.64, in after-hours trading Wednesday.
Southwest Airlines said rising fuel costs are jeopardizing its ability to hit its full-year profit guidance. Shares were down 2.3%, to $38.44, after the bell.
Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings swung to a loss in the first quarter due to a tightening truckload market and higher fuel costs. Shares were down 2.7% at $62.25.
Century Communities cut its projected home deliveries for the fiscal year. Shares declined 5.2% to $60.50.
