0448 GMT - Singapore's real-estate investment trust sector valuations are seen as inexpensive to CGS International's Lock Mun Yee and Li Jialin. The sector trades at an estimated 2026 dividend yield of 5.7%, implying around a 350 bps spread over the 10-year Singapore bond yield, the analysts say. They expect mainly upbeat operating performances from Singapore REITs in the upcoming reporting season. They recommend keeping a close watch on any potential drag from the Middle East conflict, particularly on hospitality-focused trusts, as well as guidance on rental rates and debt costs. Lock and Li continue to like CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust for its visible distribution-per-unit growth and CapitaLand Ascendas REIT for its resilient portfolio. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
