Navitas Semiconductor (NVTS) said late Monday it has appointed Gregory Fischer to its board of directors, effective immediately.
The company said Fischer will stand for reelection in 2027 as a class III director and will serve on the compensation and executive steering committees.
Fischer currently serves as an independent director at Semtech (SMTC), the company said.
