EBR Systems (ASX:EBR) said it has completed a reverse stock split of its common stock at a ratio of 1-for-10, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The company said its outstanding Chess depositary interests (CDIs) were not consolidated as part of the reverse stock split, but the transmutation ratio of CDIs to shares has changed to 10-to-1 from 1-to-1, with exercise prices for options and warrants adjusted accordingly.

Issued capital now stands at 45.1 million common shares, 449.7 million CDIs, 1.9 million warrants, and 3.1 million options with various expiry dates and exercise prices, the filing added.

The company expects normal trading to commence under the ASX code EBR on April 13.
