0254 GMT - Oiltek International stands to benefit from proposed construction of sustainable aviation fuel production facility, Phillip Securities Research's Paul Chew says in commentary. It unveiled a heads of agreement with Bioseaga Industries to construct a 300-metric-ton-a-day facility in Malaysia's Sabah, the head of research says, adding a definitive agreement is expected within six months. The project's contract, valued around US$350 million, would boost Oiltek International's order book by five times and is likely to need 2.5 years to complete, Chew says. The brokerage raises the stock's target price to S$2.72 from S$1.18, with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 4.8% higher at S$1.96. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
