Newmark (NMRK) announced late Thursday that it facilitated the $210 million sale of the retail portion of Miami Worldcenter, a newly built urban lifestyle center in Downtown Miami.
Newmark said it served as a strategic advisor to sellers CIM Group and Park West Ventures. The buyer is a joint venture of Falcone Group, The Davis Companies, and Jamestown.
The 272,966 square foot retail space, anchored by Apple and tenants such as Sephora, is part of Miami Worldcenter, a $6 billion mixed-use development that will include 12,000 residences, office space, and 850 hotel rooms.
