Latitude Group Holdings Offering AU$130 Million of Subordinated Notes

Latitude Group Holdings (ASX:LFS) launched an offering of about AU$130 million of perpetual, subordinated, unsecured capital notes, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The notes will pay quarterly, floating rate distributions at a rate equal to the sum of the three-month Bank Bill Rate plus a margin of 4.15% per annum.
The proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including to potentially finance the redemption of other debt.
