HMH (HMH) said late Tuesday that it priced its initial public offering of 10.52 million shares at $20 each, raising $210.4 million in gross proceeds.
The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.58 million shares to cover over-allotments, the company added.
The shares are set to begin trading on Nasdaq on April 1 under the ticker "HMH," with the offering expected to close on Thursday.
