Fiducian Group (ASX:FID) said it is not aware of any undisclosed information that could explain the recent trading in its securities, according to its response to an Australian Securities Exchange price query filed with the Australian bourse on Thursday.

The query was referring to the change in the price of the company's securities to a low of AU$7.88 on Wednesday from a close of AU$9.58 on March 31, the filing said.

Fiducian Group said it did not consider the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority's media release on additional license conditions on the company to be a matter that would affect the share price.

When previous additional license conditions were issued, the company said there was no adverse price movement so it expected a similar outcome with the current circumstances, per the filing.

Fiducian Group shares fell past 5% in morning trade Thursday and earlier reached their lowest since August 2024.
