Dateline Resources (ASX:DTR) completed a AU$50 million placement, issuing 125 million new shares at AU$0.40 apiece, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company's cash holdings increased to about AU$96 million following the placement, the filing said.
Funds will be used to advance the Colosseum and Music Valley projects in California, per the filing.
