Dorman Products (DORM) said Thursday its board has named Chief Executive Officer Kevin Olsen as chair.
Former Chair Steven Berman will remain a board member after having served in the role since 2011, the company said.
Olsen originally joined the company as chief financial officer in 2016, Dorman Products added.
