Patria Investments (PAX) said late Wednesday it has finalized its previously announced acquisition of WP Global Partners, which focuses on the lower-middle-market segment.
The deal expands Patria Investments's Global Private Market Solutions platform, strengthening its presence in US middle-market private equity primaries and co-investments while widening relationships with general partners and clients, the company said.
