West African Resources' (ASX:WAF) recently released 10‐year production outlook adds longer‐dated visibility and reinforces confidence in the sustainability of the production base, according to a Tuesday Euroz Hartleys note.
The company on Tuesday said it expects gold production to reach between 430,000 and 490,000 ounces at an all-in sustaining cost (AISC) of less than $1,900 per ounce.
The company's average of above 530,000 ounces per annum for the next decade underscores the quality of the asset base, with additional upside to come from ongoing exploration, the note added.
Euroz Hartleys maintained its speculative buy rating on West African Resources and increased its price target to AU$5.70 from AU$5.65.
