Fortior Technology (Shenzhen) (SHA:688279, HKG:1304) recorded a 1.5% decline in attributable profit in 2025 to 218.9 million yuan from 222.4 million yuan a year prior, according to a March 27 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Hong Kong-listed shares of the integrated circuit design company were down nearly 3% in Monday afternoon trading.
Earnings per share were 2.15 yuan in the year, down from 2.40 yuan in the prior-year period.
Revenue jumped 29% to 773.9 million yuan from 600.3 million yuan previously.
The firm attributed the lower revenue to the implementation of a 2024 restricted share incentive scheme.
The company recommended a final dividend of 0.78 yuan per share for the year, payable on or around July 31, subject to shareholder approval.
