Webjet (ASX:WJL) said that Chief Executive Katrina Barry has resigned, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The board will start the search for her successor, with Barry staying on to ensure a smooth transition and support the completion of the fiscal 2026 results in May, per the filing.

The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 guidance, with underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) on track for AU$28 million to AU$29 million, excluding Webjet Business Travel, which is performing as planned and is expected to reduce underlying EBITDA by around AU$600,000 to AU$900,000 in the second half, the filing added.
