Unilever (UK:ULVR, UL), McCormick $(MKC)$: The two companies are in advanced talks to combine Unilever's food business with the spice maker to create a $60 billion food giant. Unilever shares in London ticked up; Shares in McCormick, which is also due to report earnings before the bell, jumped 3.5% in premarket trading.
Nike $(NKE)$: The sportswear giant is set to report quarterly results on Tuesday afternoon. Shares edged up premarket.
Raspberry Pi (UK: RPI): Shares in the London-listed low-cost computer maker surged 25% after the company reported a rise in revenue last year thanks to strong demand in the U.S. and China.
Microsoft $(MSFT)$: The U.S. tech giant said Tuesday that it planned to invest more than $1 billion in Thailand over the next two years in cloud and artificial-intelligence infrastructure. Shares gained premarket, in line with other tech stocks.
